Central European version of Counterproductive Work Behavior Checklist (CWB-C PL)

The purpose of the article is to validate 45-item scale called Counterproductive Work Behavior Checklist (CWB-C) proposed by Spector et al. (2006) and adapt it Central European cultural conditions. research objectives are met using a set measuring methods, namely focus group interviews, observations survey among 1,351 professionally active people in Poland. Data factor analysis applied examine survey. modified validated measure CWBs adapted It has 35 items; 30 items taken from original CWB-C scale. elements on can be divided according target such behavior, i.e., directed at organization or other people. also into subjective categories, abuse against others, sabotage, theft withdrawal. In case second categorization, category 'production deviance' eliminated. characterized good measures fit for 4-factor model.
